The Law Society’s changes to Mining and Natural Ground Perils
The Law Society is making some important new changes with respect to Mining and Natural Ground Perils which will be covered in the soon to be released 25th Edition of its Conveyancing Handbook.
The new Terrafirma Ground Report allows you to satisfy the Law Society’s changes, ensuring full compliance. It includes professional opinion, risk assessment and risk transfer on all potential ground risks.
