Supporting the Conveyancing Community 2017 - It’s what PSG do…

“We were delighted when PSG joined the Conveyancing Association as Affiliate Members in 2016. PSG offer a wealth of expertise and experience in the property search market. The PSG team have assisted us in keeping CA Members up to date with changes in search legislation and within the search industry, as well as providing Members with an excellent, bespoke conveyancing search service. Our Affiliates assist with all of our conveyancing protocols and PSG are heavily involved in our plans to revamp the look and feel of the CON29 searches in line with our quest to modernise the conveyancing process.”
Stephen Murray, Business Development Director at PSG explained why getting involved in this way is so important to them…
“One of the things that has kept me at PSG for 15 years is our customer service ethic that goes well beyond providing searches. It’s about building relationships and sharing knowledge to help make not only our clients lives easier but improve the home buying process as a whole. Our regional offices work with local law societies and charities to give something directly back in a variety of ways. It’s not all about profit and we hope that this means more firms want to work with us, we really like to have a bit of fun along the way too.”
‘PSG has been a strong supporter of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers (SLC) for many years now”, says Simon Law, Chairman of the SLC.
“It has been this sort of support that has enabled the Society to grow in terms of both membership and stature. PSG has been a regular sponsor of SLC events and always contributed interesting and often amusing content in presentations to delegates. It is not just that PSG are giving something back to the Conveyancing community, they are also nice and fun people to work with."
Stephen Murray spoke about how data is supporting due diligence at the Legalex exhibition in March in London and at the Solicitors Group commercial property conference in Gateshead in April. He also presented on the use of electronic ID verification to the Conveyancing Association at the House of Commons in April.
The LFS Conveyancing Conference and Awards has become well established as the key annual event in the industry and Richard Mathias, Sales Director at LFS and organiser expressed his feelings about working with PSG…
