PSG has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients by The ESTAS, the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry. 

The ESTAS Group which highlights the best firms for customer service involved in the home moving process has revealed its annual shortlist for their 2nd annual Conveyancer Awards. The results are based purely on feedback data received from customers who were asked a series of questions about the service they received during the home moving process. Over 7,000 customers completed a survey providing 175,000 pieces of data relating to customer service delivered by conveyancing firms taking part. 

For the first time suppliers to the conveyancing sector have also taken part. The supplier shortlist has been determined on feedback received from conveyancing firms who use the services provided by suppliers. 

Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS Group explains; “The industry’s leading suppliers are instrumental in helping conveyancers provide excellent service.  They design, develop and deliver tools that enable firms to create a great customer experience, it’s therefore only right that The ESTAS recognises their excellence.”

The Supplier of the Year will be announced at the 2nd annual ESTAS Conveyancer Awards on 19th October.  The event will be held at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair London and will be hosted by TV Property expert and ESTAS brand ambassador Phil Spencer.

Phil Spencer comments: “Our job is to highlight firms who are providing exceptional levels of customer care throughout the home moving process. At The ESTAS we believe the best way to judge the performance of a conveyancer or supplier is to ask the clients who have experienced their service. Firms that enter The ESTAS have already sent a clear message that they are passionate about customer service so to make it on to the shortlist is a huge achievement in itself”.
