The new Terrafirma CON29M report is now available
As The Law Society is making some important changes to CON29M Guidance (2018), we now offer a new report that not only satisfies all of the requirements of this guidance but, unlike other coal mining reports, significantly increases the pass rate.
Partnering with Terrafirma, the first commercial organisation licensed by The Law Society as a report producer of the official CON29M report, we have combined improved data processes, risk screening and assessment, with the Terrafirma CON29M to ensure your client will have a better understanding of the coal mining risks to their property, and what they need to do next.
Consequently, this will improve your liability protection and help streamline your communications with your client.
