We are delighted to support the SLC and Bold Legal Group on their upcoming series of regional Roadshows this Spring.
These events promise a very topical agenda that will include slots for the CLC and, almost inevitably these days, on fraud and cyber crime (with the recent Mischon De Reya ruling giving renewed prominence to the subject). There will be particular focus on AML and ID checking and some of the ways that a combination of measures can mitigate risk. The events will also include an item on the work that is being undertaken in respect of Leasehold conveyancing with a view to getting input from delegates on the draft proposals for Government and other stakeholders.
The second stop will bring us to The Talbot Inn in Ripley, Woking on the 16th May.
The events are free if you are an existing SLC member or £75 for non members.
