We are delighted to be working with the Yorkshire Lawyer Society to bring you two informative training sessions this March and April.

This second session will take place on the 11th April March from 9am at the offices of Lupton Fawcett Solicitors in York. The session will give you two hours of CPD/training and will feature the following seminars.

Title and Legal Indemnity Insurance ‐ Common Misconceptions

Neil Wood from CLS will present this session looking at the different aspects in the insurance buying process. We will cover:  

  • Definition/What is insurance?
  • How do we choose it?
  • Most common policies and misconceptions
  • Case Examples
  • Breaking down the policy/terms & references
