We've teamed up with Landmark to bring you an online training session looking at 'Which Report?' on the 21st September.

This highly practical 1 hour session is geared towards understanding the different environmental conveyancing reports in the Landmark range. 

We'll consider the which, when & how of selecting the right reports for the various transactions such that conveyancers can manage risk as part of their due diligence and client care processes, as well as discussing how to deal with any issues that may be revealed within the reports.

This 1 hour session is hosted by Landmark's Chris Hatch, it provides 1 CPD hour and ulfills A2 of the SRA Competence Statement. The content is relevant to both residential and commercial searches.

We'll look at:

• Why we do searches – Law Society compliance, avoiding traps and ‘nasty surprises’
• Breakdown the content of the reports – what data & information is included within environmental, flood and other risk reports?   
• Matching the right reports for the right transaction   
• Simplifying your search pack: Four reports in one
