PSG are pleased to be working with Hertforshire Law Society as they host this 90 minute CPD session in association with Radcliffe Chambers.
Focussing on Common Problems for Private Clients the session will feature the following speakers:
Katherine McQuail
Katherine has a traditional Chancery practice and is consistently recommended by the legal directories as a leading junior for traditional Chancery and private client, trusts and probate work and is also recommended for Court of Protection expertise.
Katherine really enjoys solving the legal problems that each client’s unique circumstances present.
Katherine will discuss common issues surrounding "Professional Negligence and Wills".
Jonathan Edwards
Jonathan joined Radcliffe Chambers in October 2015, after completing pupillage here under the supervision of Elizabeth Ovey, Shantanu Majumdar, Mark Mullen and Marcus Flavin.
His practice spans the full range of Radcliffe Chambers' chancery and commercial practice areas, with a particular focus on private client, insolvency, property and commercial work.
Jonathan will discuss issues arising when dealing with "Trusts of Family Homes".
Chris Hatch
Landmark Financial Asset Search (FAS) provides a range of services to aid probate practitioners in identifying a range of lost, dormant or unknown assets and manage the gathering of information during the Estate Administration process.
Chris will explain how the "Landmark Financial Asset Search" works and how it can benefit your clients.
The session will take place from 6.30pm until 8pm on the 5th July, with registration from 6.00pm.
