The webinar will cover the common environmental risks with a focus on contaminated land and flooding, including Law Society guidance in these areas. The role that environmental searches have to play in risk management will be explained and advice given on what to do when a search indicates there's a problem. There will be a review of recent flood developments including the new Flood Practice Note and the attitude of insurers after the very wet year of 2012.
