Trade Secrets - Development and it's impact

Energy Infrastructure including "Fracking", Flooding and Planning

Maria Leivars from Groundsure will present 1 hour CPD 

The CPD will focus on the increasing relevance of environmental issues in the conveyancing process. The Flood Risk Practice Note issued by the Law Society has further highlighted Flooding as an important issue as well as the clear message that flood risk is continuing to rise. 

Alternative sources of energy including wind farms, nuclear and shale gas plus the infrastructure required to support these are causing great concern publically. This presentation will explore the implications of these matters, plus a planning update, relating to property transactions as well as providing an overview of legislation updates, case study and industry opinion.
