The Green Deal
Speaker: PSG Energy – presenter TBC
Description: The Course will explore the background to the Introduction of the Green Deal and the driving forces behind this, the legislative framework under which the Green Deal operates, the obligations of Energy Companies and how the Green Deal works in practice. The course will explore the practical implications for those involved in Conveyancing and their clients and identify ways to support best practice in acting in the best interest of clients.
Who should attend? The session is aimed at Solicitors, Fee Earners, Decision Makers and compliance officers and anyone involved in residential conveyancing transactions. The course may be of interest to those involved in commercial conveyancing as although only residential properties are currently affected by the Green Deal it is likely this will extended to commercial properties in the future.
