This one hour cpd will provide a comprehensive overview of the background to, and implementation of, The Green Deal. It will explore the legal framework to support the initiative, how it operates, take up figures to date. It will also provide information on identifying if a Green Deal exists, the issues for your clients as buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants and explore any liability issues the conveyancer may face.

Lawyer Checker will present a 1 hour CPD
Criminals are cloning practices, stealing vendors' identities and seeking to steal money from chains. How do you protect your own practice from avoiding such an attack against your brand and how do you protect your clients and lenders when you accept undertakings from other firms? We will take you through a series of recent cases with practical and straightforward advice.
