This session is very much geared towards understanding the different reports available in the Landmark range. We will consider the which, when and how of selecting the right reports for the various transactions, such that solicitors can manage risk as part of their due diligence and client care processes. We will also discuss how to deal with any issues or potential issues that may be revealed in the reports.
