A detailed guide to Groundsure Avista and Homebuyers Plus - including practical steps on what to do next? - Nick Treble, Groundsure

It’s sometimes difficult to determine which Environmental report is suited to which Residential transaction. Understanding what each report covers and what’s included in each search is always handy, so you can make sure your due diligence is covered and your client is receiving the necessary information for their purchase. This session aims to help you understand:

• How Groundsure produce the reports
• What to do if the report highlights a risk
• Information on Environmental risks and what to advise your client
• The reports available and what each one covers

Learning outcome: To provide you with a clear understanding of what to do next should an environmental risk be identified, including what the reports (Groundsure Homebuyers Plus/Avista) cover.

Places on this CPD session are strictly limited and are allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis. Book quickly to avoid disappointment.

To secure your place, email manager@hils.karoo.co.uk or call  01482 225388.
