Understanding what each report covers and what’s included in each search is always handy, so you can make sure your due diligence is covered and your client is receiving the necessary information for their purchase. This session aims to help you understand:

• What to do if the report highlights a risk
• Information on Environmental risks and what to advise your client
• The reports available and what each one covers
