About your presenter

Nick Treble has been a Groundsure account manager since January 2015. In this role he works closely with the conveyancing industry to provide solicitors, conveyancers and home buyers with up-to-date information on the full range of conveyancing risks, and how to identify them through data and desktop searches. His detailed knowledge comes from his training and his time spent working on the consultancy side of the Groundsure business. As a consultant he focused on the analysis of risks such as contaminated land, flooding, subsidence, HS2, London Underground (inc Crossrail), energy, planning and Japanese knotweed.

Nick is passionate about providing clients with the complete picture on risks affecting land and property transactions and an expert at interpreting the ever-improving data that is available.

Nick graduated from Brighton University with an MSc in GIS and Environmental Management and a BSc in Physical Geography.
