The event aims to bring you up to date with what is happening in our industry and will feature the following seminars.
Which report for which transaction?
Landmark will present a 1 hour CPD
This session is very much geared towards understanding the different reports available in the Landmark range. We will consider the which, when and how of selecting the right reports for the various transactions, such that solicitors can manage risk as part of their due diligence and client care processes. We will also discuss how to deal with any issues or potential issues that may be revealed in the reports.
Invasive Species
The Invasive Non-Native Specialists Association will present a 1 hour CPD
This session will cover Invasive Species such as Japanese Knotweed and Giant Hogweed. It will also cover the history of Japanese Knotweed, identification, how it spreads, how it is controlled, costs and insurances and quality of contractor.
Asbestos Risk Update
PSG will present a 1 hour CPD
This presentation will look at the current health risks, regulations and surveys associated with Asbestos.
