This webinar will cover the common environmental risks, with a focus on contaminated land and flooding, illustrated with residential case studies. Current guidance and the role that environmental searches have to play in risk management will be explained and advice given on what to do when a search indicates there's a problem. There will be a review of recent flood developments including the new Flood Practice Note, the May revision of TA6 and the insurance position.
