Andrew Crawford will present a 3 hour CPDAndrew Crawford lectures extensively around the country on residential conveyancing issues and brings his experience in private practice to make the law relevant to practitioners. In this CPD, Andrew's aim is to give a topical roundup of all matters of interest to residential conveyancers, including:

Risk Screening and Historical Coal Mining
CLS will present 1 hour CPDGeoff Offen, former Assistant Chief Surveyor at British Coal and now of CLS, will present 2 half hour seminars firstly looking at Title Insurance and risk screening in conveyancing. The second session will provide an insight into historical coal mining risks and provide guidance on key technical issues that affect Coal Mining.
