Product Update - New look Groundsure Homebuyers report
We are pleased to advise that the new look Homebuyers Report from Groundsure will be going live on 1st May 2016. This is the fourth Groundsure report to undergo this transformation.
The new look report delivers the same key information on the front page - showing if Contaminated Land, Full Flood and Subsidence are identified within the vicinity of the property. 2 new additions have also been added – Proposed Flood Defence information will now be included in the report and a screening for Energy Infrastructure Projects will be on the front page.
Questions covered in the report in relation to Energy and Infrastructure Projects are as follows:
1. Are there any existing oil, gas, shale gas or coalbed methane wells within 5km?
2. Are there any proposed oil, gas, shale gas or coalbed methane wells within 5km?
3. Are there any existing wind projects within 5km?
4. Are there any proposed wind projects within 5km?
5. Are there any existing solar farms within 5km?
6. Are there any proposed solar farms within 5km?
7. Are there any existing power stations within 5km?
8. Are there any existing nuclear establishments within 5km?
9. Are there any proposed energy and other large infrastructure projects wind farms within 5km?
