New features in PSG Connect

Last updated at 08:02

Our dedicated in-house IT team have been hard at work bringing new features to PSG Connect to enhance the user experience and to further support the needs of our customers.

Since the newly rebuilt system was launched at the beginning of the year we’ve been busy with an ongoing programme of developments and enhancements, in line with new technology and with your requirements.

Streamline your Title Insurance Orders

Designed to save you time, this latest enhancement allows you to order Title and Legal Indemnity Insurance Policies for an existing case, at any stage, without the need to re-enter client or property details.

Simply find the order (or quote) you wish to add insurance to and follow the steps on screen to select the policy and level of indemnity you require. If the order is still in the Quote stage, the new price will be displayed allowing you to go back to your client. If the order is confirmed the policy will be placed on risk, meaning your client is covered instantly.

Over the last 12 months a number of enhancements have been made to PSG Connect to provide you with a system that ticks all the boxes and helps you to streamline your workflow. These include:

  • Enhanced mapping with automatic plotting of registered freehold property boundaries from the Land Registry data sets
  • A clearer navigation to enter ordering types
  • Single page ordering of search products and overall reduced number of clicks
  • Access to all orders and quotes from a single view using a variety of filters
  • Improved notification emails
  • Improved visibility of search alerts and what they mean
  • Facility to ‘drag and drop’ your “favourite” products and packages

If you are not already using PSG Connect and would like a demo simply contact your local office.
