Landmark launch new streamlined approach to flood risk reporting

Last updated at 15:47

We are pleased to announce some important changes to Landmark's suite of flood risk solutions which includes the launch of a brand new fully manually assessed report.

The new reports offer a more comprehensive look at flood risk, using expert data and expertise to give you the full picture on flood analysis for all transactions.

What's changing?

Homecheck Flood

Landmark's flagship flood report has been upgraded. It now gives you:

  • Content, risk model and display upgrades will provide you and your client with better clarity of information.

  • More passed reports issued as where a high risk is identified, the site will be manually assessed

  • Clear next steps and guidance included

  • Concise front page risk result with flood risk gauges to highlight the risk from different sources

  • Access to Landmark's unique online viewer within each report

FloodSolutions Consult Residential

This new, fully manually assessed report is recommended where Further Action has been returned from a standard risk analysis (such as Homecheck Flood). The new report replaces Arygll Flood Risk Solutions Residence.

It features:

  • Easy to understand recommendations which may include property level protection measures if relevant

  • Access to the report author - one of Argyll's specialist flood experts

  • A review of flood defence information and detailed analysis of market leading, site specfic flood data

Online Viewing

The newly upgraded Homecheck Flood report comes with built in access to Landmark's unique online viewing platform (via links in the report pdf).

This allows your client to see the data on an interactive map with tools to help interpret the report findings.

If you would like to discuss these changes further or if you have any questions relating to our range of Flood Risk Reports, please contact your local PSG office.
